I love to encourage you to become aware of your own energy and your own innate ability to heal yourself. I have found recently that more and more people are coming to healing sessions who are tired and feeling drained usually as a result from working with others, either as a practitioner themselves, teacher or in some other service industry. When we work with others and if not provided with the tools to care for our own energy, we can come away bringing that other person's or group's stuff with us. In the session you will practice and learn ways to clear these energies and protect yourself from taking on other people stuff in the future.
