Energetic & Spiritual Healing Consultations
I usually recommend 1.5 hours for your initial consultation and then 1 hour for ongoing sessions. If you are interested in engaging in a past-life regression or forgiveness process I would normally recommend 1.5 hours for this also.

Distant/Remote Healings
If you are unable to attend a clinic session or live too far away, maybe you could receive a healing by remote. It may also be something which you may wish to send as a gift for someone, especially if they are unwell or are needing a bit of a pick me up.
Even though you are not physically present, I call upon your energy in order to see what is happening in your energy systems and send the healing.

Hospital Visits
If you have a friend or relative who is in hospital and needs an extra boost to their healing, I would gladly travel to meet them and provide a healing session in hospital.
I am aware that these situations requires sensitivity and discretion and will tailor a session to the persons needs and condition.
This service is only available to those in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie Regions.

Australian Bush Flower Essence consultations
If you are busy or just wanting to take an Energy Healing home with you in a bottle, then maybe an Australian Bush Flower Essence consult is for you.
The consult is for 30 mins only and costs $40 which includes a 25ml (lasts for about 2-3 weeks) bush flower remedy. We will discuss your current circumstance, physical, mental and emotional present situation and use different and various energy practices to create a blend of essences especially for you.

Meditation Healing Workshops
Currently I am facilitating a Meditation Healing Group click here for more information.
In the future I will be holding 10-12 week Energetic Healing and Meditation classes. The classes will be designed for you to explore your own energy systems, learn how to use meditation for your own healing and discover different techniques and meditation styles.

In-house Corporate meditation classes
If your company or place of work is situated in Newcastle's CBD why not try meditation as part of your de-stress, motivate and focus programme. Meditation is a great way to clear the mind, regain focus and relieve tension.
If you are interested in integrating meditation classes into your company's programme or facility structure, I will come to you. It is usually recommended to hold the classes before the start of work or during lunch hour. The length of time of the classes can be tailored to what is available to your employees. 30 minutes is ideal time period for short and effective meditations.
